Installation Overview
To install and setup Sertifi for Amadeus Sales & Event Management - Advanced:
- Request the appropriate download links from your Sertifi Customer Success Manager.
- Grant your Customer Success Manager access to your Salesforce org.
- (Optional) Customize your settings.
- Create a custom button, and then add the button to your page layout.
- Enable real time updates.
Installation typically takes at least 60 minutes to complete. If you prefer, Sertifi can complete a majority of the installation on your behalf, which can drastically reduce installation time from 60 minutes to 10.
